All my pieces are handcrafted individually, glazed and fired, so there will always be slight variations between those pictured and those received, in terms of surface and dimensions.

The pots are dishwasher safe and food safe, although please take care, washing by hand is always the best option.

All sales are considered final so returns or replacement are accepted only if the items are delivered damaged.

For damaged goods due to transportation, please complain about such defects to the deliverer courier immediately.

Please also notify me at diogomahel@posteo.de within 4 days form the delivery providing photos of the damaged parcel and i will offer you a free replacement or refund (according to availability of the product).

I am a one-person operation so please be patient with me.

I will prepare every order after the payment is received.

Preparation time is usually around 4-5 working days to carefully prepare the package and dispatch it.
